Kelcy builds companies that can manage rapid growth and move quickly to exploit market opportunities in new and disruptive spaces. While doing this, he has received 40 under 40, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Fastest Growing Company awards. Kelcy is so competitive that his wife will no longer play board games with him.

Before MemberWhen, Kelcy co-founded and served as CEO of Roof Diagnostics Solar, a fast-growing residential solar installation company that was acquired in 2014 by Fortune 200 company NRG Energy. Kelcy created MemberWhen because he was shocked that a business didn't exist to help capture and connect people with awesome audio productions.

Do you have a hidden talent?

Raised in the Amish Country of Pennsylvania, Kelcy has spent his entire life building things from scratch with hard work and ambition. His best accomplishments include paying his own way through a BA and MBA, while raising 8 fantastic children with his wife of 36 years; performing as the top salesman for a major national building products company; and starting a roofing construction company that, with son Kelcy’s help, grew into a multi-million-dollar residential solar company that was acquired by a Fortune 200 company NRG Energy. Kelcy was eager to partner with his son once again in developing MemberWhen; an idea hatched when the two were discussing the remarkable in their own lives.

What's your best attribute?

Jason is a proven leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. From leading men in special operations in the military (which included skydiving into the ocean at night), to negotiating national contracts and building sales teams at Johnson and Johnson, he has a consistent desire to win and surround himself with amazing talent.

Jason has a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy and a MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Entrepreneurship Management. He "relaxes" by backpacking, mountain biking and competing in long-distance triathlons. He joined MemberWhen because he believes that everyone has at least one amazing story that deserves to be heard.

What are your secret talents?

A communications professional with more years of corporate experience than she cares to mention, Cat is happy to be breaking new ground as MemberWhen's resident kickstarter. Working with our founders, she created the first prototypes for MemberWhen, website content and customer protocols. She continues to collaborate with our creative team, support the evolution of our products, and manage our social media activities. Cat is convinced that MemberWhen -- without hyperbole -- is making the world a better place.

Do you have a personal motto?

Greg brings his diverse knowledge of, and passion for, IT to all of MemberWhen's technology needs. His decades of experience includes enterprise architecture, business enablement and collaboration. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Greg previously held a leadership position in the successful start-up of Yammer (acquired by Microsoft), and has held key roles at other notable enterprises, such as Tiffany & Company, Prudential Financial, Merrill-Lynch and Alcatel-Lucent.

Greg enjoys skiing, rock climbing, geocaching and making MemberWhen’s dreams come true.

What's your best attribute?

Kerry is a sales and recruiting wiz whose experience includes building successful teams for organizations large and small. When she first heard about MemberWhen, she was so passionate about the product that she naturally became the company’s best salesperson, even before joining the team. Now, Kerry is filling the positions vital to developing and supporting our business and our culture. And she does so with patience, energy, and an uncanny knack for finding the right people for the right positions. Kerry does most of her best thinking about MemberWhen on long-distance runs by the ocean.

What is one of your greatest achievements?
